When you look for a real estate consultant, make sure they are someone who will explain each step and ensure you have the right strategy and plan in place to achieve your goals.

• This is a really important decision. When hiring a lender or mortgage broker you are going to want a couple of things:

1. Rate: Have you shopped around for the best interest rate for your property?

2. Speed: How long does it take your lender to approve your mortgage? This is very important to know if you are planning on having a finance condition on your offer.
